Center for International Higher Education (Boston College, USA)
The Center for International Higher Education sees its mission in advancing knowledge about the complex realities of higher education in the contemporary world. HSE and CIHE, in collaboration with international experts, for many years have been working at a number of vast research projects. The current one is Trends and Issues in Doctoral Education Worldwide: An International Research Inquiry.
Among the previous are International Faculty in Higher Education. Comparative Perspectives on Recruitment, Integration, and Impact and International Comparison of Academic Salaries in 28 Countries.

Ghent University (Belgium)
It was opened on 9 October 1817 and was founded by King William I. A lot of famous scientists worked at Ghent University. Friedrich August Kekule was among them. Ghent University is one of the best in Belgium and permanently ranked among top 100 worldwide. Koen Schoors  from the department of Economics and business administration conducts joint studies in the field of transition economies. Koen is also engaged in teaching activities with his colleagues at HSE.

George Mason University (USA) 

GMU is a public university based in unincorporated Fairfax County, Virginia, United States,The university’s motto is Freedom and Learning while its slogan or tagline is Where Innovation Is Tradition.The university was founded as a branch of the University of Virginia in 1957 and became an independent institution in 1972. Today, Mason is recognized for its strong programs in economics, law, creative writing, and computer science. In recent years, George Mason’s department of economics has twice won the Nobel Prize in Economics. The university enrolls over 32,500 students, making it the largest university by head count in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Professor John Nye is the holder of the Frederic Bastiat Chair in Political Economy at the Mercatus Center and co-head of LIA.

The Bank of Finland Institute for Economies in Transition (BOFIT) 
BOFI) is a prime research unit within the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) dedicated to transition economies. BOFIT monitors and analyses current economic developments and performs in-depth academic research emphasising applied macroeconomics.

Association of Russian Economic Think Tanks
Association of Russian Economic Think Tanks is a nonprofit organization, founded in 2012. Currently it consists of 52 members and observers. The association is aimed at promoting think-tanks network, research and support for quality improvement of Russian economic policy.
