A workshop with Sergey Popov, Senior Lecturer in the Cardiff Business School, helped early-career researchers to get answers to their questions about academic career and PhD in different countries

In addition to practical advise about getting a PhD degree, Sergey discussed future participants' research projects. This workshop made clearer what are instruments and ways to become a good researcher and how to enjoy this decision.
