CInSt at the 30th Annual Consortium of Higher Education Researchers

Maria Yudkevich presented results of a study "Research performance of Russian universities: the effect of the Russian University Excellence initiative (5-100 Project)" carried out with Oleg Poldin, Natalia Matveeva, and Ivan Sterligov. Within a panel discussion "Comparative Higher Education Research under Pressure? Methodological and Social Challenges of Comparative Studies in Increasingly Complex Environments", she also gave a speech about the experience of the Center for Institutional Studies in participation in international camparative research projects.

Ilya Prakhov presented the work "The Determinants of Faculty Pay in Russian Universities in the Case of Incentive Contracts" co-authored by Victor Rudakov. It is dedicated to the influence of incentive contracts implementation on the faculty pay in tertiary education institutions in Russia.

Olga Alipova spoke about the study of academic mobility in Russia in her report "Research productivity of mobile academics in Russia: do mobility reasons matter?".
