Higher Education on Russia and Beyond
HERB is a quarterly informational journal published by the Center for Institutional Studies of the National Research University Higher School of Economics since 2014. HERB is intended to highlight the transformation process of higher education institutions in Russia and the counties of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The journal seeks to present multiple-aspect opinions about current challenges and trends of regional higher education and give examples of the best local practices. Its audience is a wider international community of scholars and professionals in the field of higher education all over the world. The project is implemented as part of cooperation agreement between National Research University Higher School of Economics and Boston College Center for International Higher Education (USA).
International Higher Education (Russian edition)

IHE is a Russian language version of the information bulletin International Higher Education. It is published quarterly according to the agreement between Higher School of Economics and Boston College Center of International Higher Education. The content of this journal contains up to date information about situation in international higher education and it’s development. Particular emphasize is given to problem solving at different administrative levels: local, regional and global levels are covered. Publications represent the frontier of contemporary research in higher education and are given by prominent international scientists. Russian version is addressed to scientific community of Russia and to scientists from post-Soviet countries. The Journal is also oriented at undergraduate and graduate students, who study development of higher education. It could be also useful for governors and methodical workers of universities, for people, who are making decisions in higher education as well as for businessmen.
